I am trying to use excel to send a message to my students. Each week is a different group which I can select from a list in Excel by filtering. When I go to new message I found in "To" area all the phone numbers including the ones I have selected. It seems it uses the range reference ie C1:C34 and does not pick the selected phone numbers. This also happens when sending Multiple messages and having to upload numbers. What I would like to do is be able to select a message, edit it to suit, select the students needed and send. I am a newbie as the company has just started using it and we are all groping in the dark. |
